How many characters may I include in one text message / Single Sms unit ?

A standard text message is limited to 160 characters. Characters means letters, numbers, spaces, symbols and punctuation.

  • Our system allows 160 characters as 1 SMS credit.
  • Our System allows 70 characters for 1 Unicode SMS credit.

How long does it take to deliver a text message?

Text messages are usually delivered to mobile phones in a few seconds to a few minutes. During peak hours, there could be a short delay. Please note that additional delays may occur if recipient's phone is turned off or out of the coverage area. When this happens a carrier will attempt to deliver your message for up to 24 hours.

Am I allowed to send single message?

You can send single or group message as per your choice and need.

Do I need to send the group message one by one or is there other way of doing it?

Sending same message one by one to large group is time consuming. It lowers down the speed and increases your effort. The AcquireLogix software supports uploading of mobile numbers and categorising the numbers in various groups. You can send the same message to different category of groups in one go.

Is there any way to save my message for sending it in future?

AcquireLogix software supports saving the draft of the message as Message Template. You will also get the facility of scheduling the messages

How do I upload my contacts?

You may upload your contacts in three formats: As an excel file, as a CSV file, or as a text file.

What is One to Group ?

YThis is an innovative feature where a sender sends bulk messages to group without visiting the website, directly from the mobile handset. Please read the One to Group services in our website: www.AcquireLogix.com

I would like to see the sent report till date for analysis. How do I do it ?

You can see the complete report by clicking “Sent Messages” on the page. The messages sent till date with comprehesive and summarized report will be shown on that page.

What is MIS report?

AcquireLogix software eases the tracking of sending bulk messages. The MIS report gives you comprehensive detail of bulk messages sent report with day, date, time, quantity – month wise.

Is there a limit to how many numbers I can send at one time?

No! you can send as much as messages as you want but it is advised that you should try and limit the number of destination addresses to approximately 100000.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your password by visiting our website’s Forget password option. It’s available in Login page.

How do I manage my contacts/phonebook?

You can manage your contacts by adding contacts one by one or by uploading your contacts File.

How I find my sender id?

You can see your sender id by login to our website.

How do we add new sender id?

You can add sender id from our website and you can also drop one email to us along with your user name we will add your required sender id within 5 min-24 hrs time.

What is the maximum character length of sender id?

As per TRAI regulation maximum sender id length is 6 characters.

Where our short code message will be delivered?

Your short code message will be delivered on your web based account and you can also get alert on your email id / mobile.

How can I manage my Profile?

AcquireLogix facilitates easy management of your profile

  • A novel feature is to create your profile and fill the Logout URL in the profile settings which straightaway takes you to the home page after the logging out from our website.
  • Profile ID and sender ID are two distinct categories.

How can I add keyword of my choice?

Keywords are added as per your choice but the service provider checks the availability of the keyword and authenticates the same. The Service Provider’s authentication is necessary for keyword authentication as per the rules and regulations. You can also add sub keyword.

How will I get to know my keyword expiry date?

You can set the alert on keyword expiry via SMS or mail. You can set the alert to daily, once or three days as proactive reminder.

What is "Customise Header"?

AcquireLogix Text Messaging software facilitates the sender to customize the message with the header. You can write text with your own choice – use styles, various fonts, emoticons etc.

How many messages can I send in one go?

We allow you to send SMS messages in bulk, and you can theoretically send as many messages as you want. However, we limit the size of the files you upload to 4MB / 100000 mobile numbers, so it will depend on what other data you have in them. We recommend that if you want to send more than 100000 SMS messages, or if your files are larger than 4MB, contact us for advice.

What is the minimum amount of Text Messages I can send?

There is no minimum. Once you have bought some credits you can send 1 at a time.

To which countries can I send SMS messages?

At the moment, our web SMS service allows you to send SMS messages to PAN India. Our global service is coming soon, however, so stay tuned.

What is developer API?
